what K&L ate

I have decided to feed Kiki and Lilly home-made food from they both were around 6 month old. Since then, I have never bought commercial dog foods. To be honest, I have had doubts in many occasions but I believe it is the best for them. So far they have some of health issues but it is more likely age-related so I cannot do anything about it because I am not a god.

Anyway, I have to admit it is not easy but it definitely worth it.

Home-made fruit & vegetable puree

Broccoli, spinach, white cabbage, radish, French beans, carrot, blueberries and strawberries

I prefer to make the f&v puree only what I have in my cupboard and fridge&freezer rather with a super special ingredients.
It is blended it because K&L absorb nutrition better this way.  I can say, I know it because I see and touch their poops everyday.

When I don't have a time to make f&v puree or I cannot be bothered to make it, I just share some of fruit and veggies from my dinner or dessert. Of course before the seasoning!
