Sweet Soy Sauce Glaze


It is absolutely dead easy to make and a very versatile if you enjoy Asian flavours.


Boil 150 ml water + 100ml dark soy sauce 

Take the the water + soy sauce out from heat and add 2-3 spring onion and 1 lemon.
Let it cool.

When it is warm means that you touch the pan with your bare hand add 3-4 Tbsp of erythritol or your chosen sweetener.
Taste it and if you like sweeter taste in the your sauce add more sweetener.




You can keep it in fridge for 2 -3 week.
