Food in camera on October and November 2018
I was so into microwaved peanut butter mug bread on Oct.&Nov. I hated breads and bakeries made with almond flour. I love this and had it almost every morning with a big scoop of cream cheese, of course, full fat. One jar of peanut butter is finished within couple of days so I started to put on weight, obviously. I had to stop. Now I've had it occasionally.
The variety of tomatoes looked so ravish in Blackheath farmer's market, I couldn't bare to pass it.

To look back, too much pork on Oct&Nov diet.
And again, pork with panco bread crumb coated prawn.
Before I made panco bread crumb coated prawns, I tried with coconut flour.
It was failed miserably. The texture was horrible and it was a super greasy.
There are lots of recipe on online but I wonder writers or Youtubers ever cook this again after posting on their blog or Video.
I would never to use coconut flour to make breaded prawn or chicken again, horrible.
Oven baked salmon with spinach and... I don't remember.
Stir fried supermarket bought seafood mix and bean sprout with lots of olive oil.

It is called 'festival noodle'.
