Since some point after the wedding, my diet hasn't been strickly in Ketogenic.
I can say it's been more likely normal diet 'all you can eat' but I have tend to stay in low carb with avoiding sugar as much as I can. The good thing is that I don't scare of Fat anymore after the all experience. (To be honest, I never been scare of fat as I hate 'low fat' foods.)
And additionally I learn that fat is good and even better without carb existence.
So one of labels in my blog ' Ketogenig diet' won't be necessary and I have named it for 'Diet for Life'. I am sure I will try different type of diets to lose or maintain weight in the future. The blog is for recording my life so the stories will be about what I have eat.

I was glad that my ketone level seems to stay stable in middle of September even my diet wasn't managed well. I guess my body has been adopted to use ketone for the energy source because it has been a couple of years I have tried to stay in ketosis a very hard.
In my experience, I prefer to be hybrid than stay in ketosis all the time.
