Keto) Summer 2018


Summer in 2018 was a very dry and hot in UK. It has never like that since I have lived here and also days by day was breaking the records along in July and August. 


I guess it wasn't always pleasant and it made a very lazy.
I was a bit surprised that I barely took a photo of foods though out the July and August.

There was not much but I have to write the post. 




Mum's 3 years old Kimchi +Pork rib stew.

OH My God! It is sooooooo good. 




Bone Broth from concentrated bone broth
which my sister brought for me from S.Korea.



Cold Bean Soup noodle.
It is a traditional Summer treat in S.Korea. 
It is a super special meal because Jina brought beans from South Korea which is home grown by mother-in-law.








Slow cooked chicken in various herbs and veg.
 Broth & meat.






Lard fried chicen thigh and potato in mushroom gravy.




Smoked salmon + scrambled eggs






Stir fried beef, king prawn & cabbage in soy sauce.



Serve with steamed rice or on its own.




Fried sausages & halloumi cheese. 




The cheating day with my favourite Blue Moon.
Mr. made Deep fried (over cooked) prawn and squid.



Mr. and I have started to drink apple cider vinegar. We drink only about 1ml of AVC and 5ml of water while we are having a meal. It has been surprisingly help the digestion. 

We finished almost 5 different brands of AVC and Daylesford AVC is our absolute favourite.
