It was our obsession (more likely mine) that we must find the place that Kiki&Lilly has to be with us all day at the wedding.
In the real world, it is not impossible but it wasn't easy to find the place exactly we wanted.
I suddenly realised that I have to compromise it otherwise the wedding will never become a reality.
I was a bit sad and I got lost.
I didn't know how to start again because I know I'd worry about K&L all day on the day. We tried to find solution but there was not much.
Everything was seemed stop. Finding the venue is the first step of plan the wedding but we couldn't find a solution but after we visit here, The Cliveden House, we were back on the track.
It was second visit we met Lydia the wedding coordinator at Cliveden House. We popped in Cliveden house a week before I arranged the meeting. At first it was a casual visit without expectation and we have looked around the place briefly.
We met Lydia at the lobby and headed to French Room.
It was second time to be there but it was still magical.
Then we headed to balcony on first floor.
The scenery on the balcony was stunning.
Lydia had all the answers what I asked. She have an experience on weddings so everything she suggested made a huge sense to us. Because everything was first for us, obviously.
We were impressed and quite happy with what we experienced at the Cliveden House.
We decided to take a walk around there and tried to absorb the atmosphere as much as we can.
Mr. and I talked many hours after we visited the Cliveden on that day.
We both tried to avoid 'a hotel wedding' because we both had the experience of working in hotel (we both worked in a banquet department when we were student.). Everything will be controlled and managed by them as they work on strictly schedule. We know we wouldn't have a free time as much as we wish.
However, we both felt into Lydia who is a such professional in wedding business and she seems a very sweet in person.
I thought I could happily work with her.
The Cliveden House wasn't ticked all the box but we decided to go for it.
We set the date and the wedding started to become a reality once for all.
