I really didn't mean to delay this blog post but I have been busy and al a very lazy.
This has been my draft folder for a while I thought I might skip it.
But still, I like to read over and over again my own stories so I have to post it for later.
In April, my diet had been kinda bit of everything and it was 'I don't know what to do' period.
Many of my conditions started to get worse so I doubted to continue LCHF. And I felt some of symptoms of hypothyroidism for really.
Since I went back to normal(?) diet, I feel much better. Reducing carb in diet made sense in every aspect but I am not sure about LCHF in a long term. But the important thing is refined sugar is definitely no and no for me. I am always willing to go back to a moderate version of Ketogenic diet. I don't avoid any food at the moment but most of my meal at home is basically low carb. I enjoy food more and I do appreciate one or two bites of quality delicious cake & pastries.
