My general condition from end of March and April so far has been one of the worst in the recent couple of years.
It was the reason I have doubted LCHF diet but I tried to find the best solution for me.
Now, from the professional's help & advices, my doubt of Ketogenic diet has been slowly faded away.
I am keeping up my diet in low carb diet but I won't avoid a good carbohydrate source of food.
Beef hamburger patty is absolutely versatile!
Swede is low carb roots vegetable and it's apparently substitute for the potato. It is not familiar veggie to me but I give it a try.
I made chips.
Um... I say it is never replaced taste and texture of potato. NEVER!!
But it has its own charm so it was worth to try.
Korean chicken stew with swede and it was horrible!
I learn Swede in Korean food is the worst combination.
Salmon sashimi with miso.
Homemade Sweet soy sauce glaze.
It is simple sauce that can be used numerous Asian cooking.
You can make cured salmon using the sauce.
It can be used like teriyaki sauce.
Just add couple of Tbsp in the hot pan after salmon is cooked.
Or salmon can be braised in the sauce in low heat.
Use sauce in stir fried chicken.
And also pork.
Seaweed soup.
Egg and cheese omelette by Mr.
Fried Chorizo and Mozzarella for snack.
Easy to cook and delicious!
It taste like naughty junk food like pizza&crips together.
Open hot dog in fat head dough!
It also taste a very naughty!
It feels like you are having a very cheesy bread.
What a winner!
