Yet again, a very late posting of my Ketogenic diet meals in December 2017 is finally here.
Yes, I am still in Keto but I must say I am not 100% in strict diet plan.
I put some weight, about 2-3lb.
To be honest, it happened because I drink almost every day. I don't do binge drinking I just enjoy my wine or beer when I have a dinner and then some more on the sofa after the dinner. It became a habit.
This definitely made me more craving of crips and it stops to burn fat in my body. I knew/know but it was THE time of the year, December, and I thought 'why not? and I can always come back to diet.'.
Apart from alcohol, I tried to keep my carb consumption as low as possible.

After cooking blue passed me I started to cook again.
