After my family has left London, I tried a very hard to keep on track.
However, it wasn't easy. Mentally, it was hard to find the reason.
I am healthy adult who has no terrible eating disorder.
It was a only reason I have been in ketosis is that I wanted to look nice and slim on my wedding day.
But after many days of cheating, I found my tummy has been very blotted and I fart a lot!
Now keep my stomach in peace is the main reason and I enjoy Ketogenic diet again.

I have usually bought butters in the Blackheath farmers market or farm shops.
I don't know why I hardly buy butter from the supermarket shelves. I just thought I gave a try some of different brand of butters from supermarket.
Kerrygold was kinda famous for bulletproof coffee recipes on Youtube so I tried.
I don't drink the butter coffee but it was the day the cream was run out.
Actually, it wasn't bad.
I don't know it was Kerrygold or I used the blender to make butter coffee for the first time.
