I must say I tried.
Low carb lifestyle is not that hard but there are too much good things in the earth.
My taste buds remember greatness & deliciousness of food too well so I struggled a little in the point of view of the ketosis. But I don't regret anything, I just enjoy.





Premium avocado. It really was nicely ripped and taste nuttier.
Pricy but worth it.





A very rarely start the day with butter coffee so I took the photo of it.

Again, beer was the problem to keep the ketosis. I got stressed when I tried no to drink beer. So my solution was I minimised my carb intake and drank beer in the evening. 
It sound silly but it made me happy.

I don't know why but suddenly from the few days ago, I don't feel like beer anymore. So now I am back to wine.
