Crispy Chicken Wings


Chinken is almost everyone's favourite!
(I say almost because I have friend who hate the chicken.)

Hot wings ®  from KFC with a good beer was one of my favourite meals for Friday evening in before my Keto life started. I missed it so much, so I cheated couple of time before I found this way to fry wings!

It is the same way to cook crispy thigh (Click here) so again, it is a hardly say it is recipe.




1.Remove excess moisture on the skin.



2. Put wing one by one in the smoking hot lard.
Make sure count ten before you put the each wings.



I found it this way is better for making crispy wings than deep fry.





3. Turn the wings when you see the yellowy-brownish colour on side of wings.
It takes about 8-10mins on each side.


4. Again, put generous salt in each side wings.





Then, you get the crispy wings without batter.
Enjoy with hot sauce if you like hot wings like me.
