So I decided to start Ketogenic diet which has been introduced by Mr.
The journey began with wedding plan and it has been worked very well on me.
I lose more than 1 stone and there are much more health benefits than I thought.
So 1 year on, I decided to keep LCHF as my life style and I am willing to stay in ketosis.
Although my family absolutely support what I do, it was hard to keep the diet while my family was around but I tried to keep the routine as much as I can. But after the wedding day, I didn't feel like to miss out anything so I happily stayed away in ketosis a little bit after the wedding.
Now I am trying to back in track but oh boy, it is not easy. I used to love ale & beer usually with my dinner for a long time before starting Ketogenic diet and the beer time with family after the dinner was the biggest reason my ketosis was out.
It has been a week my family went back to South Korea but I still drink ale & beer (not low carbs). I am not desperate to keep my size and weight at the moment so it has been hard to find reasons to back to strict diet routine. It was scared to put my feet on the scales at that time but I have found out I even lose weight a bit during the cheating days.
So finally, I try to compromise myself to keep the diet strictly for 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks later I allow to drink low carb beers.
I guess the most important thing is that how I am happy with what I do. I don't thing it is not worth it if I stress to much keeping the strict diet. Happy Keto everyone!
