Naughty May - LCHF report



It has been a very very naughty, May. 
May 2017, not the current Prime minister. 
(Wow... pretty bad joke, Hah!)

I don't know but I have started to lose control of myself and allowed me to have many times of cheating.
I don't want to list it all but I have been a very naughty and even out of ketosis for a while. 
3 days continuously craving of bag of crisps, I was definitely out of ketosis. After 5 days hardcore LCHF plan, my Ketostick finally turned to lavender along with mild headache.


Apart from few days of freedom from carb restriction, I have generally stuck to Ketogenic diet with allowing around 50g of carb a day.






Simple pan-fried pork belly with vegitables





Curry powder coated fried pork belly





Steamed then fried pork belly in soy sauce with dripping from steamed pork belly





Simply pressure-cooked pork belly with celery pickles.



I do enjoy celery pickles with almost everything as well as own its on.




Yes, I finally had a pint of larger. Now, I don't desire for this anymore.
It wasn't that good as I expected so I will stick with wine now on.
But I am still very obsessed with crisps.



I finally tried cheese chips. It was delicious but my desire for crisps is not satisfied.
So I decided to eat the crisps with controlling the portion. 1-2 portion(30-60g) when I really want.





The day I finally found out the reason for bloated feeling after the meal. It was the egg.
I am not 100% sure but I never feel bloated and uncomfortable feeling after the meal in my stomach since I stop eating eggs.





I do recomemd waitroase extra virgin olive oil. It is affordable and a good quality supermaket branded. This time, I bought big size.



I pre-made olive oil + lemon juice mixture for many use. I just have it with table spoonful before go to bed and also it is a great dressing for any salad dishes.










I also made ready to eat vegis for me not just for K&L.




This sometimes really helps because when I don't feel cook I just use pre-cooked vegis for quick cooking. 









I bought some of keto-friendly snacks to try to be more strict for my Ketogenic diet. But it still doesn't help much for my craving of crisps. So I decided to have it with controlling in portion.




Oh! My! I love brie but this, heavenly! 
There are couple of E-numbers added but I don't have it every meals so I guess I can enjoying it with guilty free. Honestly I had it almost half of them once I tasted first. 
Than, I make sure I have it not more than 2Tspn at once.




I don't think it is popular in Western people at all but it is seaweed noodle.
There are lots of positive things to eat this sea smelly ribbon. I choose to buy for the first time of my life for remedy for constipation. And it helped! Helped a lot. 






I bought the dried one. It is a very easy to cook but need couple of steps before eat.
I dressed the softened seaweed noodles in pre-made lemon + olive oil dressing with some finely chopped chilly.
