LCHF meals on March


It's been about 6 month I have been in Ketogenic diet.
I have learned a lot in many of aspects and it is now very easy to keep it on.
I don't attempt from the foods that I must avoid to eat and I do more relax about what I eat.
I don't generally cheat but I happy and enjoy to eat anything if I decide to cheat.

First half of March looks pretty good.
And from the second half of March I do gain some weight and I know why.
I have been drinking a glass of wine or two almost everyday.
I guess it is stress from the big day but I stick with in LCHF in terms of food.



I still obsess with cold meat.
I have tried 'Lardo' for the first time and I was surprised by flavour in the pork fat.
What a wonderful thing!



Lovely and fatty.



You will be surprised how delicious a fried any vegetable in lardo.

Pork belly is humble almost everyday dish in my Ketogenic diet.






I do share pork belly with Mr.


We had it almost same menu on next day because it was not enough and we both wanted more.


Fried pork belly & vegis.



Mr. had Chinese style fried instant noodle. 
It smelt very tempting, obviously :) 
But I didn't want to eat because I know what it is like.

Creme fraiche & lemon fills my desire for sourly dessert.

I do recommend to buy whole coconut if you enjoy coconut meats like me.
Simple&easy to work and you will get a fresh coconut meat and juice!!
