Now, I know my weight in a very stable state at the moment.
Up and downs in weight are just effected by the menstrual cycle.
So I now don't care about scale and just try to manage or lose my waist size.
I have tried to eat more and various animal fat.
It definitely helps to control leptin the hunger hormone.
I still do drink coffee with cream in the morning.
I've tried a numerous brands of cream but this was the worst in the coffee.
(I don't want to say the brand's name loud.)
But it was okay in strawberries and cream.

Beef short ribs simmered more than day and then spiced and simmered more with various vegetables.
It was still freezing cold and it was a good dish for days like on February.
It is also a good for LCHF diet. It will be a perfect if you add some more fat.

When you crave crunch things, I choose to eat cacao nibs and coconut meat.
I actually really really wanted a bag of crisps.
After cream coffee and portion of coconut meat, I was fine without it.
A one very lazy night...
And of course I enjoyed 'Pancake Day'!
