Pork belly has been mentioned on blog post couple of times that it has a perfect macro ratio for LCHF diet. I eat pork belly about 3 days a every week so far since I started Ketogenic diet. Pork belly is delicious and easy to cook. And it's even the cheapest cut!
I try something different every time I cook pork belly.
This is again an easy one and you can cook with the leftover steam cooked pork belly.
I don't have exact measurements for the recipe but just have a quick look and you will get the idea.
Ketogenic Soy Sauce Braised Pork Belly

Put the lard in heated pan with chopped spring onions.
Fry the steamed pork belly(I used leftover) until outside is brown and crispy.
Blend and sieve dripping from steamed pork belly and add 2 Tsp of soy sauce to make sauce.
Pour into the pan and simmer until the sauce is thicken.
Serve with greens.
