There was no losing any pound in December, again.
It had been ups and downs but I could say it has been maintained at my set point at the moment.
But I am moderately happy that I have never been in this weight more than 20 years when I was about 4 inches shorter.
The weight was also affected by menstrual cycle. But I wasn't suffer for PMS on December.
I have tried to reduce meat and poultry. And try to eat more fish or salad.
I love fish anyway so it doesn't bother me much.
The weight has been shoot up at the moment because late night snacking and drinking alcohol.
It is not easy to maintain the routine on December.
