Again, in January, I am emotionally in very dark place. (Not everyday but more than sometimes.)
It is hard to concentrate anything even what I love to do like posting on blog.
My days are same and I don't mind. I am not depressed but just...feel less happy.
Winter is cruel, especially in grey day.
I start with my coffee with cream almost everyday.
The bowls of soup in the freezer were a very convenience after my fingers injured.
It was just the ring and little fingers on left hand but my daily life was very much affected.
Broccoli soup cooked in steamed pork belly drippings with cheddar.
Tomato soup cooked in steamed pork belly dripping with apple smoked cheddar and basil.
Mr. cooked for me so I ate lots of egg dish which is easy to cook.

Korean miso soup with seafood, bean sprout and egg.
Salad night.
Slow cooked beef broth with fried egg ribbon noodle.
Left one is mine which is much fattier.
Tallow was binned away when I didn't know about ketogenic diet.
Now, it is saved only for me.
Steamed pork belly is one of my favourite menu.
Easy to cook and it is a delicious every time!

Gravy is made from dripping with Korean fermented soy paste (aka miso).
Lots of vegi with pan fried pork belly.
Because if my painful injured fingers I had to cook as many dishes as possible at once.
Lemon butter with salmon.
Salad with salmon flake & egg for Lunch box.
Salmon and kale in cream sauce.
Oven cooked chicken leg with vegetables. (Chips for Mr.)
Thai green curry with more than 60g of (good) fat.
