Burnt Tail (Hair)

Lilly has couple of habits.
One of them is that Lilly lick the her food bowl and Kiki's after the meal around 10 mins each.

That day I put her dinner too near the heater and it was happened.
I suddenly smelt something burning and looked around. Then I found Lilly's tail was too near the fire. Lilly didn't even aware her tail hair burnt. I screamed and hold Lilly in my arm then I went straight to the kitchen sink and started to let the cold water run through her tail.

Some of Lilly's tail hair was left still on the floor after next morning.

Thankfully, her tail skin is fine. It was a big lesson for me.

Kiki&Lilly both are very behaved in front of the heater.
They enjoy warmness but never stand or go close too much.
It was my mistake that I wasn't even worried about this. But now I am more careful about this.

K&L both love the place in front of the heater and sometimes, they fight for the spot.

Ah! It is only Kiki who 'Grrr' to Lilly when she is at the spot.

It happened on 30 of December 2016 morning.
Kiki suddenly attacked Lilly (I guess Lilly tried to come to me and Kiki thought Lilly come near the heater.) and they started to fight. It happens sometimes so I tried to separate them.
First time, it worked.  It was always Kiki who start a fight but she is the one always stop and walk away from the situation. But that day was a different.

Second fight started and I again tried to seperate them and the accident happened.
I tried to pushed Kiki  away and pulled Lilly's chest but I accidently my fingers into Lilly's mouth.

It was really hurt and I bleed a lot. Soon, it got better and bleeding was also stopped.

In the evening, Mr. wanted to see the condition of fingers and then once he saw the fingers, he was seriously told me to go to A&E.
So we went. I could go to A&E in the morning but I was worried that we don't know how many hours we need to wait to have an appropriate treatment.
For me, it wasn't the life and death situation so I don't want to wait 4-5 hours for waiting.
However, dog bite treats quite seriously and it was treated in urgent care. It took around a hour and half for everything.

It still hurts but it looks getting better.
