It's been couple of month I have tried to lose weight. I have the special day coming in 2017 so it is a definitely one of the preparations. (Maybe the most important one?)
My goal is losing about 2lb each month and get into 7st on November.
It is hard to say I have managed to reach my goal. I have had the most horrible experience in my PMS as well as the period. It seems the reason is the recent changes in my diet. I have been quite strict to cut down carb on November. This was affected me great both food craving and emotion.
From last month experience, I will make sure to increase carb intake once my premenstrual cycle stage comes. I will share my opinions based what I have been researched soon.
I enjoy cooking more than ever and I also experiment Couple of Keto recipes so far.
And I will try to reduce my snack. I think I have a snack for a habit.
Now I know what my real hunger is so I will try not to eat for a habit anymore. I am not sure it will be easy...
I still enjoy my diet plans. The best thing is that I don't starve anymore.And Mr. even think I eat too much! LOL
