Grocery Shopping Day



I buy around 1kg of various of meat for myself in a week.
I eat meat more than ever in my life at the moment. 

I consider to become a vegetarian once because I don't particularly choose to eat meat if there are variety of foods. My first choice has been always seafood, and if there is no seafood dish, I rather choose to eat vegetarian dish. I think I like meat but others who know me well don't agree. 

Butcher day is for K&L most of time but now it is more likely my interests. If there is any meat with generous fat content, it will be chosen one.

Sliced about half an inch one for me, Bite size diced cut for K&L and very thinly sliced one for Mr.



Mines are pan fried and cooled for my lunch box.


Butcher day is a happy bone time for K&L.




I go and buy chocolate when I really really want it. I never buy more than one because I know I am going to eat more than I planed to if there is extra. 


Jersey cream has more flavour so I prefer jersey cow milk's cream. 



Do you know you can make spring roll with chicken skin instead of rice paper?
I usually throw chicken skin away when I buy chicken thigh. Since I have started the ketogenic diet the skin became precious.



The chicken ball for Mr and mine is wrapped in skin. 


If it is made with mined meat, it will be much easier. I cut and dice the chicken thigh myself so it wasn't a simple recipe but it is a delicious. I am going to post a recipe when I make it again.

I had it with Korean spicy sauce noodle. Chicken skin spring roll with spicy sauce was divine but I didn't like that low carb Konjac noodle at all! It wasn't for me, yuck!
