Simple Pork 2 ways


I can say British pork is one of the best in the world.
The British is truly delicious indeed.

I know pork belly is not popular choice of meat but you have to know it is the most delicious part!
And easy to cook! It is not a tricky like other meats.

Seasoned or not, marinated or not,
Pan fried, BBQ, oven cooked, steamed, presser cooked and so on...
All has different charms and delicious!
You have to try!!!



Removed skin. you don't have to do this.
I did for the crackling for K&L.

Slice around 1cm thick will give quicker cook time and best texture.





Prepare my meat and also K&L's 




Pan fried belly pork is a very easy. 

Cook pork belly with some oil in hot pan 
Cut it with scissors in bite size after it is cooked.(optional)

and cook the chopped or sliced vegetables in the same pan.
Make sure vegis absorb all the fat. 


There is 5mins work. 
Dinner is served.




For Kiki &Lilly

Slice pork skin and fried in lard oil.
It is that simple.

Once the skin is browned, it is all done.
It takes around 5mins.
