LCHF meals Archive + Egg Fast


I enjoy the Ketogenic diet very much.
I have tried Egg Fast to experiment myself how fast I can lose weight.

My daily meals has been much oily and buttery so far and I love it!
I have avoid fat as much as I can almost all the time means that I have lost the most important flavours.
Now, I do enjoy all the flavour I can get from all the fresh ingredients.



One of favourite snacks, the steamed broccoli with butter which I have tried not to eat often.



Sometimes, I chose to be vegetarian.
Big portion of salad leaves, olives, avocado and celery with generous amount of extra virgin olive oil.



And came back to be carnivore on very next day.
Lard fried keto chicken wings with brie cheese and thick double cream dip.



Another day of snack time. 




Simple and very oily breakfast.
Bacon and kale chips fried in bacon fat.




Pan fried pork belly with bean sprout and spring onion.


Do you know that South Korea is one of top countries to import pork belly from the world?

South Korean do love pork belly and pork belly is one of the best ingredients to have a natural animal fat. It is also delicious! There are many many ways to cook pork belly apart from BBQ in South Korea and I will share with you one by one soon.





Egg Fast.




I didn't plan to try egg fast but I was just curious.
And there are lots of delicious LCHF recipes to try for egg fast.

I made keto-quiche which is without pastry.

It was delicious.

It was far simpler because there is no baking needed.
I will definitely make them with bacon and leek, soon.





It was the best option for the lunch box during egg fast tryout.
