KETO Meal plan ideas


Ketogenic diet is tricky. It is a very different life style from that I used to have. 
However, it is THE BEST way to lose your weight especially if you are addicted to sugar without fighting hunger. And without work out!(FYI, I hate exercise...)


The most tricky part to maintain KETO life is that I have to very carefully what I eat. Most of commercial foods (more in low fat products) in the supermarket and food served in restaurant contain Carb(sugar). So I spend time to research the ingredient what Keto diet is allowed and also I have to prepare and cook by myself most of time. But, still the best thing is that I am not hungry anymore. 


I start my morning with espresso with lots of cream and sometimes with nuts and coconut meats.






Dry cured bacon is easy and fast to cook.












Fish is also good source of food for keto-life-style-diet.




I served the bacon wrapped salmon with fried kale when my friend visited my home. And she loved it. We both studied in biology field and we had the chat about this diet. And it has got more fascinating, since.

Couple of thins I really miss which is that toasted bread with butter and ice cream.
I treat myself by making my own homemade LCHF ice cream. 




Easy and delicious. 

Frozen berries and cream is all you needed.
Chuck the both ingredients and blend it! 
It takes less than 2 mins to become ice cream.
If you are allowed higher carb % in your diet, add frozen banana. 
The taste of this ice cream will be blown your mind. You will never miss the ice creams from commercial brands.


I try not to make it often because I do eat to much, once I made it!
