I forget it again and again how beautiful the autumn is because I guess I don't look forward this season as much as spring and summer.
Apple in my garden was ready to be picked and I took it and put it in K&L's fruit&vegi puree.
I don't much do with apples in this year. I have been in low carb diet so I don't feel like to do anything with it. It is shame but most of it was wasted. I had to pick it up and bin it regularly because of Lilly.
In this year, the pear tree wasn't produced much fruits. I guess it was total around 10 of them. I didn't mind because this↓was happened much less than usual.
My dinner was salmon most of the day before I started ketogenic diet.
I sometimes made my life easier to cook same menu for K&L.
I cooked for Mr. KFC with spicy sauce. And still I just eat salmon for my dinner.
It was seriously delicious but I didn't eat at all and stick to my diet plan to make sure I don't put more weight. At that time I was a very nervous about what I eat. (Now since I have started LCHF diet, I am much flexible and I get less stressful. about what I eat and how much I eat.)
My simple Korean BBQ day.
Mr. didn't want to have a dinner that day because he was so bloated. So I decided to have BBQ alone. But it was kinda impossible in my house. So I let K&L join.
Mr. took this photo and he said it was so funny to see three of us were so focus on.
Um um um... It was a delicious. It was the skirt of beef. I know it is not that popular part of meat in Britain but it is very rare to buy in South Korea. Skirt only can get 400-500g from one cow. I can get skirt very easily everywhere and even my local butcher ask me if I want it when he has it. Because I am the only customer who regularly buy it.
After the BBQ, I finished my evening with this.
