I have been never skinny in my life.
My size has been always around size 10 in my adult life.
In 2012, I was reached about 10 stone and my knee was hurt.
I hate workout so I decided to try an extreme diet called lemon detox.
I did the program about a week and lost about 1 and half stone in 2 weeks.
I managed to keep lose weight around my optimal weight 8st 7lb.
In 2013 autumn, I hurt my back.
I couldn't move much so I gradually put on weight again to 9st and 11lb.
In 2014 spring, I planned to visit S.Korean for my sister's wedding on May So I did about 5 days fasting(not lemon detox). I managed to lose some weight around 8st 7lb againand size 10 was comfortably fitted.
Typically in the winter, I move less and eat more. My portion got bigger and I drunk about 2 pints of beer most of days after the dinner.
Bad habits made me gain some of pounds again.
In April 2015 guess what? I did the fasting again (4 days) to break the bad habits and lose weight.
I manage to keep losing the weight again in the lowest I can remember (8st 4lb) and maintained well until December.
In 2016, I
I have the special day on 2017 so I will and must really try very very hard to keep going in this winter. So, I have started high fat diet, so call LCHF.

- 3 Days Fasting & Recovering
I only drink very mild honey tea and green tea during the fasting.
24-27 August 2016
After the fasting, I drink 1L of fresh squeezed juice or Green smoothie and water for 5 days.
And one cup of coffee in the morning.
28 August - 1 September 2016
I ate only fruits & vegies and homemade soup for about 2 weeks.
- No Salt, Sugar and Grain
I started to eat fish and meat without seasoning as well as fruit and vegetables at home.
Just allow nuts and more than 90% cacao chocolate for the snack.
And the sweet potato.
If I have meet ups I normally chose to go sushi restaurant.
Or just keep my portion size in only volume of my knuckle.
- Flexible diet with mainly LCHF
Mr. introduced LCHF diet couple of weeks ago.
It was almost half box of sweet potato left at that time so I decided to try strict LCHF diet when I finish it. I have gradually increased the fat in my meals. Cheese(lots of cheeses) Cream, butter and more.
I cut out Carb completely from this week 24 October 2016. I have chosen to eat only carb since start diet was the sweet potato.
I tried bulletproof coffee for the first time few days ago and I hated it.
So, I just stick coffee with cream.
I also drink wine sometimes since but never the beer.
And mainly, try to eat a good source of fat as much as possible.
The best thing about this diet program is that you don't starve ever.
I don't particularly avoid the fat (I never buy no fat or reduced fat products) but I normally try not to eat too much fat content in my diet.
Now, I do enjoy my 'the fatty fat fat diet' very much so.
Let's see the result in 2017 summer then.
