It was a nice summery day on May. We popped in Canterbury for day out.
We went to the park next to parking space for K&L's business before we headed to centre.
The park, Dane John garden, was lovely to walk. It was near lunch time so people come out with their lunch and enjoy the sun.
We headed to centre and cathedral.
I have been here about 5 years ago when my mum visited me. It was autumn and I remember the city was nice and quite with full of characters. It was almost same as I remembered but it was much crowded with full of tourists. I've found out many of stores became high street brands. I wanted to visit the store my mum adored at that time but it wasn't there anymore...
One of stores was pet shop so I couldn't miss it. The shop keeper very kindly offered treats for K&L while I looked around shop.
We planned to visit the Cathedral but it was full of people so it wasn't ideal to go there with two small dogs. We moved to away from crowds and headed to Water Lane Coffee House. It takes only couple of minutes from high street but it was quite and peaceful place next to the River Stour with great coffee. And it is a Dog friendly!
