It's almost end of April but oh my god, it's still very chilly. I woke up to the sound of helicopter today in the morning. As you all know, the Blackheath is famous for the starting point in London marathon. the sound from sky was a quite noisy, but I was okay with it. Because. it is only once a year and the London marathon is one of the special annual events.
Diary of 9th of April.
I am very glad I can still buy Daffodil in supermarket. Bright yellow is always made me smile and cheer me up when I went out to the work in the morning.
The chinese cabbage was in brine over the night and washed throughly to remove an excess saltness early Saturday in the morning.
After couple of hours later, everything was all ready and I did final job; Spreading the paste to each cabbage leaves.

Voilà!
All done and in this time I experimented to make a kimch with black cabbage. I was very excited to taste black cabbage kimchi after its fully fermented. It takes about 2weeks.
I obviously share some of the black cabbage in K&L's meal.
Just for test, I gave it to them. Lilly, fruit & vegi lover, enjoyed the crunch part. I had to make sure she didn't eat too much. But Kiki was just curious because Lilly started to bite. And then, she sniffed a little and run away and hid herself in her room, LOL.
I got call from Mr. and he'd come a little later than usual. I prepared Chi-Mc AKA Korean style fried chicken and beer for the dinner.
After I got call from Mr. he normally arrived in 20mins.
When Mr. gets home he give out banana as a treat to K&L. Lilly knows exactly what happen on every Saturday. So, she wait Mr. to come in front of the door. How cute she is. :) Kiki don't mind to wait in front of door but when she hear the car, she knows Mr. is here.
Mr. called for he'd be late a bit today. I explained to Lilly but I guess she didn't get it. She waited and waited and she had 1 whole banana!!
We enjoyed Chi-Mc on Saturday evening with watching first BGT 2016.
