Chilly Day Out + early V Day

#Nonsuch Park

We visited to SW London and had a walkie in Nonsuch park one of very chilly day in February. Nonsuch park is one of my and K&L's  favourite parks in London. We used to live in the area and came here for daily walkies for about 3 years before I moved in Blackheath. K&L instantely recognised the park and started to run with joy.

Even if it was chilly and windy day, there was full of dogs and dog walkers in the park. In the middle of winter, the park was still beautiful. We had a cup of tea in the cafe to warm our hands a bit and came back home. Ah! we popped in Korean supermarket in New malden, obviously. And we headed to home with expectation for Korean meal for dinner.

#Korean Style Oven Cooked Pork Belly

We had a simple oven cooked pork belly for dinner with Kimchi and beefstake plant(AKA. perilla frutescens) which only can buy in Korean market. I have tried to grow myself last year but I have failed. But, I will try in this year again.

#Pork Crackling for Dog

Pork skin is always reserved for K&L when I cook pork.
The pork skin has been removed from meat and cut in any shape.
( I normally cut in stripe.).

It is cooked very low temp. in the oven about 1 hours. Leave in oven until oven is cooled and take it out of oven.
Leave in room without lid of wrap up about 24 hours.

Then you have made the crunchiest pork crackling treat for your dog!

#My early Valentine day

My Valentine has come week early in this year. It was proper surprise with no intention.
Mr. had completely confused the day or week.

I have had a delicious & luxurious Chocolates and my favourite colour of Roses week eariler.

It is bloomed beautifully now.
