Quick Sweet Ginger Lemon Tea

It is a great remedy for many of symptoms. If you feel like getting a cold or got a cold, diarrhea, sore throat and etc.

Or you can simply enjoy as it is.

This is a quick way so I didn't make it from scratch. If I do, I need to wait for at least 3 month. From this, I can have a tea after 2-3 days.
Get a jar of stem ginger in syrup in baking section and some lemon. I have used 2 lemon for the jar.

Just pour all of the ginger and syrup in the jar and juice of 2 lemon in the blender.
And Blitz!

And leave it about 2-3 days in room temperature.

Put 2-3 generous teaspoon and add about 250ml of hot water (small mug).

You get warmness of ginger with flavour and citrusy lemony sweets. It is a great remedy for any cold symptoms.

I love to take it in my thermal vacuum bottle and drink it outside when I go for a long weekend walks.

(It is a sweet tea and it has sugar in it, so control how much you drink if you count your calorie intakes.)

Syrup for Mulled Drinks

I have made the syrup last year aka Christmas Syrup (click for the recipe).
It is in the fridge for a year so all the flavour has been fused out to sugar. As soon as I open the lid, I can smell the Christmas.

Spices and clementine strained so I just keep the syrup. So I can simply warm the apple juice, wine or cider and add this bad boy then I can enjoy mulled drink. Cold and damp British winter is not bad after all.
