It is called generally Chicken Moo in Korean (Moo is Mooli for Korean) which is pickled Asian radish that similar with Japanese Daikon. It is truly BBF of Korean Fried Chicken. Once you try it together, you cannot eat fried chicken without it!!!
The recipe is used by radish that we can easily find in market.
remove end of radish green and halve it.
It is okay to leave the little radish green on it and also you can make it with whole.
Prepare water, vinegar and sugar in same quantities.
Mix with water and sugar first and boil it. When it is boiling add vinegar.
Then pour boiling hot mixture of liquid into bottle. (The bottle must be sterilised before use it.)
Leave the bottle upside down until it cool down and put into fridge.
After two days later, you can have delicious a pickled radish ever!!!
It is crunch and sweet & sour, just refreshing!!!
