It's really beginning look a like Christmas!
I hosted Christmas dinner party with my friends on last friday.
Gammon was chosen for the main menu this time.
Soak the oak smoked Gammon from Blackheath butcher over night and glazed Gammon with home-made Christmas syrup from the morning.
My Christmas syrup recipe will be posted soon.
It takes very little effort and can be used it in many christmasy foods and drinks.
D came early and she made tea light candle holders from fresh orange.
Then wee set up the table and room.
We took photo during cooking and it was fun!
And party was started and we absolutely forgot to take pictures of foods and many more.
But it was very fun and good time and we are already looking forward next year!
