Start from few years ago, I have tried to make my Christmas day just way I like it.
There always have been my dearest J next to me in many many years.
This year, we had time with D as well because she is just like family member for us in London.
Remembering each years of Christmas day is almost impossible but I can remember exactly what we did last Christmas because of the blog post!
How wonderful it is!!
So again, I am doing it and it will be remembered as long as I live!
Yes!! It is Christmas day!!
Pancake with chocolate sauce was for the breakfast.
I started Christmas morning to cook lamb liver strips for K&L's special treats.
Strips was cooked in oven for 30-40 mins lowest temp of my oven and we enjoyed pancake for breakfast. After clear the plate, D & I prepared roast beef for the Christmas lunch.
Gorgeous beef was from local Blackheath butcher and he was very kindly explained everything for us. I really wanted to cook A perfect roast beef on this time!
K&L worked hard for the little piece of lamb liver!
Beef is in the oven, we went Greenwich Park for a walk.
Lilly was more excited for liver strips than the Christmas walks.
Liver can gather all the dogs in the park!
We went back home just in time for the roast beef and it looks fab!!!
OMG, I was completely forget THE BRUSSELS SPOUTS!! Mr. and D were pretty happy about it.
However, there was white cabbage in the fridge so I cooked them instead, anyway. LOL It was not same but it was okay.
The roast beef was a little bit over cooked then I wished.
But, thankfully, gravy and other side dishes were just a perfect.
We had very much Korean food in the evening which were steaming hot and very spicy kimchi and sardine based thick broth.(꽁치김치찌게, it sounds weird and very strange food but it feels like melting all the fat I ate in Christmas lunch when you eat it!)
Kiki & Lilly had a special treats throughout the day and they had turkey for Christmas dinner.
Turkey breast strips was cooked on day before the Christmas with garlic and parsley.
Cabbage and carrot was from our lunch but I have saved for them before seasoned.
And roast potato!
Just one special day in a whole year is almost gone and we finished with watching "Frozen" with hot and sweet mulled apple juice.
We had wonderful day!! That's what Christmas day about!
