First time on Sand Beach!

J had a morning meeting near Bournemouth so we went there together.
It was one of fabulous sunny and hot days in London and we expected a great weather down there.

It was very warm even if it was in the morning in London.

But as we headed to south west weather started cloudy but still enjoyable but Lilly must felt cold as she wanted my jumper/blanket.

After the short meeting, we headed to Bournemouth beach.
It was very first to visit proper sand beach for Kiki & Lilly.

It was not very windy but it was not warm enough to run into water.
So I decided to sit there enjoy smell and sound of sea (and so did Lilly).

Lilly was cold so she was on my lab with my jumper/blanket.
Kiki run around a bit but decided sat on the towel for a while.

Water was ice cold but J was brave enough to get into water!
He swam too far from beach (in my point of view) so I was a bit worried.

Kiki seemed curious what's going on and she got close to water a bit.
J played with Kiki on the beach and then they went to sea together.
Kiki swims well last time J tried to make Kiki swim in small river.

Lilly refused to sit on the sand and she chose to sit on the towel constantly.
But later Lilly was okay to run around a bit and she enjoyed running on the sand. Then she was irritated by sand that got into her nose, eyes and mouth.

Unfortunately, Kiki didn't enjoy herself swimming in the sea and she make lots of scratch on J's body.
Kiki was not used to sand beach so she rubbed her face to remove water and sand but it wasn't working. So I did remove sand in her nose and eyes.

I enjoyed my time in there but I have realised the sand beach is not for me with dogs.

Kiki and Lilly's eyes must be hurts because sand constantly came out from their eyes before they had bath.

But still we make fun memories in there!
And I just love summer so much!!!
